Serious Eats turkey gravy

Honey-cinnamon compound butter

 Recipe courtesy of: https://celebratingsweets.com/cinnamon-vanilla-honey-butter/#recipe Ingredients ▢ 12   tablespoons  unsalted butter ,  at room temperature ▢ ¼   cup   honey ,  or more, to taste ▢ 2   tablespoons   powdered sugar ▢ ¼   teaspoon   ground cinnamon ,  or more, to taste ▢ ⅛   teaspoon   salt ▢ ½   teaspoon   pure vanilla extract Instructions Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, beat all ingredients for a couple minutes until smooth and combined. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Drizzle additional honey over the butter as a garnish, if desired.
