Wonton soup

Recipe blended from the following two:

Ingredients:

- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound raw shrimp (chopped finely)
- 3 tbsp diced shallots
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic 
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp Chinese rice wine
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- wonton wrappers (bought frozen)
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup Bok choy (shredded)
- 1 cup scallions (chopped)

Directions:

1) Mix wontons- first 8 ingredients. Fold filling into triangles and then stick corners together.

2) Mix broth- boil chicken broth with whatever you would like to flavor it (soy sauce, etc). Add scallions and Bok choy to blanch.

3) Boil dumplings in the broth for 5-6 minutes until center is cooked through.
